Justin Fishman Real EstatE

Justin Fishman is a real estate investor specializing in multifamily and self storage. Justin has worked on behalf of family offices, pension funds, and institutional private equity clients, acquiring over $5Bn of real estate across 70+ properties.

He previously worked in commercial real estate finance for Prudential, where he was part of a small team that financed over $500M of real estate. Throughout his career, he has worked on deals in almost every major city in the United States, and has enjoyed learning the intricacies of real estate markets like Denver, Phoenix, Boston, and Raleigh.

His real estate investment firm, Red Castle, invests in under-appreciated properties in growing markets, while undertaking select risk-adjusted development opportunities. Importantly, Red Castle achieves purpose through donating a percentage of each project's profits back to their local communities through local non profit charities, civic organizations, and NPOs looking to effect positive change.
